2️⃣ Pay Monthly Instalments

Pre / Before Delivery Payments

Make one payment per month based on your chosen contract term. Only 1 payment per month is allowed.

The number of pre (before) delivery payments required is half the total contract duration.
For example:

• A 10-month contract requires 5 monthly pre-payments before delivery.

• An 8-month contract requires 4 monthly pre-payments before delivery.

Once these payments are complete, your order will be dispatched.

This option is faster than layby and more affordable and shorter than traditional credit, giving you a smart and flexible way to pay.

3️⃣ Getting Your Product

• After Delivery Payments

  Once you’ve completed half of the total payments as outlined in your Futurebuild contract, your product will be delivered.

  For example:

  • With an 8-month contract, your item is delivered after 4 payments, with 4 remaining.

  • With a 14-month contract, delivery occurs after 7 payments, with 7 remaining.

  ✅ No interest. No fees. Just simple, structured monthly payments — clear, fair, and flexible.
